Guitar for Beginners

Participant Profile:

This class is for complete beginners and players with some knowledge of playing the Guitar.

Course Content:

•  It is a very practical Course designed to enable the the Student to start to  play the instrument from lesson one. The Course is Ten Weeks long and covers a wide range of playing skills, building a good vocabulary of Chords and solo's, and at the end of the Course been able to play the instrument with some confidence. Age is no barrier, and singing is not required, as this is an intense Course, and  it is advisable to able to attend all lessons.                            What you will need for the Course is:  Your own Guitar, notebook and pen.

Guitar Level 2

Participant Profile:

This course is suitable for individuals who wish to develop their knowledge of playing the guitar and who wish to play simple tunes.

Course Content:

• Types and styles of melodies and harmonies, particularly Bob Dylan and Van Morrison

Night: spring term, Mon. 7-9.30 p.m. Duration: 5 weeks Fee: €60
