Level 3 Diploma in Massage

Participant Profile:

Massage is one of the oldest healing arts: Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use; the ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments; and Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems.

Upon successful completion of the course students will receive a Level 3 Diploma in body Massage and a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and physiology and will be able to practice as massage therapists.

During training students will learn the skills in:

Holistic Massage which incorporates Swedish massage and acupressure.
Assessing client for massage
Practical skills for the treatment in a commercially acceptable manner. As part of the course open saloon days will be held, this enables students to practice in a real live environment.

Upon successful completion students will also receive a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and be able to practice as Massege therapists.
