This module has been developed to prepare learners for an administrative position in a large or medium sized  organisation. It is designed to give the participant a broad knowledge of recruitment practices and the skills required in Human Resourse Management  

Course Content:

 Learners who successfully complete this module will:

Understand how the Human Resource Management function has evolved and developed

Explain the recruitment and selection process

Be capable of designing job descriptions and personspecifications for approval by a Human Resource Manager

Understand how shortlisting of candidates for interview iscarried out 

Be capable of planning and structuring job interviews

Appreciate recruitment and selection techniques

Demonstrate how to develop various Human Resource policies and procedures in an organisation

Appreciate issues involved in dealing with employees at work.
