Duration of course 10 nights

Duration of each class 2.5 hrs.

Types of brakes and how they work

Brake fluids How to test them How to repair them

  1. Fuel system inspection and repair

How carburetion works

Testing fuel system Inspecting carburettors, fuel lines, filters, taps, pumps etc.

Repairs to the above

  1. Clutch, transmission, chain/ shaft drives, tyres/ wheels  inspection and repair

Inspection/ repair of clutch fluid, lines/ cable

Drive oils and checking them. Principles of chain/ shaft drives, inspection and repair basics

Inspection of tyres and wheelsSpoke wheel repair

  1. Basic engine inspection and repair

Basics of engine layout and component locations

Checking performanceChecking for leaks and repairing

  1. Frame, tank ,seat and trim repairs/ replacement
