As our way of life becomes faster, busier and more stressful, many of us find it difficult to wind down, chill out and recharge the batteries. This class provides the time and the space to help you redress the balance.

The classes are aimed to help you rebalance your life with simple stress busting exercises, relaxation and meditation. They are suitable for all including complete beginners. A typical class will begin with a few light physical exercises, followed by a relaxation technique, which should help everyone to get into the right frame of mind for the guided meditation. The evening is rounded of with grounding exercises. Please wear loose fitting clothes that are comfortable and warm.
