Description
A 5-Week Introduction to Meditation, Mindfulness & Everyday Wellbeing
Take some time to pause, slow down and return to yourself.
This is a gentle, practical five-week meditation and wellbeing course designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and create some much-needed space for yourself.
Across five weeks, we will explore different aspects of wellbeing through guided meditation, mindfulness, reflection, simple wellbeing practices and optional journaling.
Each session introduces a theme connected to everyday life, helping you become more aware of your thoughts, habits, emotions and needs. You will learn practical techniques to help you manage stress, feel more grounded and bring greater intention into your day.
During the course we will explore:
• Creating moments of calm in a busy day
• Understanding stress and recognising when you need rest
• Grounding and becoming more present
• Developing self-awareness through reflection and journaling
• Meditation and breathing techniques for everyday life
• Recognising where your energy and attention are going
• Creating supportive practices you can continue at home
Each class includes time to explore the week’s theme, practical exercises and reflection, followed by a longer guided meditation.
Sessions are relaxed and supportive and no previous meditation experience is required. You don’t need to be able to “clear your mind” or have any particular beliefs. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for comfort, along with a notebook or journal for optional reflection.
