This programme is designed to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence to identify training and development needs and to devise, deliver, and evaluate a training intervention within a range of training and development contexts.

We offer two modules, over four Saturdays each:

Training Delivery & Evaluation (6N3326)
Training Needs Identification and Design (6N3325)
