Stretch and Relax Yoga with Janette McDonald

Join Janette, an experienced yoga tutor, in this programme of physical postures designed to stretch and tone the body. 

This class is a great way to reduce stress and ease tension through breathing techniques and relaxation.

 

Equally suitable for people new to or experienced at yoga.

Boost your physical strength and stamina, relax, and open the body's many channels to allow energy to flow freely.

3 Sessions   Yoga 1   5.30  - 6.30pm

                  Yoga 2   7.15 – 8.15pm 

                  Yoga 3   8.30 – 9.30pm 

Duration 10 weeks - one-hour sessions, Autumn, Spring and Short Summer term
